• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at AnthonyGoodman2056@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
